You can download updated versions of the DLL and EXE from
here: http://dev.int64.org/tidy.html

You have to rename the tidy.dll to libtidy.dll.
This worked for me :).

use the development release of tsWebEditor.
It contains the newest Tidy version (1 July 2005).
