Message It seems to do it when what you are replacing with is
already in the "Replace with" dropdown box. When you enter
the replace box and start typing, it will autocomplete if it
was used before. It appears as though only the very top word
in the dropdown will work - which is why it will work on the
2nd try, because it gets reordered.

Message Sometimes when doing a Find and Replace, when you click
Replace All, it finds what you want just fine, but replaces
it with nothing. I can hit Cntr-Z to undo and try again, and
it always works on the 2nd try. It seems to go in batches.
