Message It seems a default to me.
Can or will it be implemented in a future release?

Message I didn't see the "Scroll past end of line" option.
But when a follow line is longer, the cursor should go back
to that position, I think.

When line 1 has 8 characters.
Line 2 has 2.
Line 3 has 10 characters.

When you start "walking" with the cursor, starting at the
end of line 1, it jumps to the end of line 2, which is
correct, but on line 3 it does stay on that position.
It should go back to position 8 there.

Message When you have this as content of a file:

......
..

....
......

It should do exactly the same as this textarea is doing.
When you are after position 5 on line 1, go to the next
line, the caret goes after pos 2, go to the next line and
the caret goes to the begin of that line.

In tsWebEditor, the caret can be at any position on any
line. Could you please fix this in a next build?

Thanks.
