Error on startup

Message tsWebEditor displays a strange error on startup. The
error dialog says that "There is no disk in the drive.
Please insert a disk into drive D:.". The dialog has a
title bar that reads, "tsWebEditor: tswebeditor.exe - No
Disk", and has 3 buttons - Cancel, Try Again, and Continue.

This dialog pops up twice every time I launch
tsWebEditor. There's nothing in my history list, and the
setting to reopen files on next start is turned off.

Is this a bug? Is it a conflict with another piece of
software? (I'm using Windows XP SP2).

Thanks.
